Great news. TPS for Venezuelans has been kept and maintained. Those that had TPS may extend their TPS status and renew their work permits. Registration ends September 10. 2025. The TPS work permit is automatically extended through April 2 ,2026 but if you need a card then you Will need to file and pay forms.
