FLEEING VIOLENCE AND PERSECUTION

Asylum law is designed to provide protection and legal status to foreigners who are fleeing persecution in their countries based on their race, ethnicity, sexual preference, and membership to a social group or religion.

Your attorney must show that you were persecuted in the past, and that it is possible, or 1% chance, that you will be persecuted again if you return to your country.   There are deadlines and documentation requirement for which you should hire an attorney.

If you have a relative detained please call our office at 305-446-5995 or email us at info@rivera-law.com
